More cough, cough

Megan was still coughing and starting to wheeze so I took her to the doctor last Monday. They gave her a breathing treatment and the doctor said she sounded better after it. We got a nebulizer to bring home and Megan has been using it 3 times a day. The first 2 days she screamed and cried. They said she gets a better treatment that way. On day 3, she hated it a little less. Now, she is perfectly calm and practically hold it in her mouth. She is still coughing a lot though. Megan has also been having trouble eating. Megan is no longer eating cereal in her fruit/vegetables. She had been eating a full size 2 tub with cereal for every meal. Now she won't even eat 1/2 tub without cereal. I sure hope my poor baby feels better soon.

In other news, Megan got her booster flu shot today. Now she is taken care of until next year!

Cough, cough, cough

Megan has been coughing for about 2 weeks. I kept thinking that it was just a cold but every time it seemed to get a little better, it was get worse again. I finally just broke down and took her to the doctor. Since they had a time available after work I figured why not. Turns out it was just a cold, but I feel better knowing it wasn't more serious. A couple people at daycare have gotten pneumonia without a fever.

My Cinderella

Megan looks adorable in her Cinderella costume!!

The bear is from Build A Bear. My mom and I made it when she came to visit after Megan was born. The bear's heartbeat is a recording of Megan's heartbeat when I was pregnant.



Here you can see the "glass slippers" that I bought to go with the costume. They are really just silver shoes. That is the best that I could do last minute.
