Megan was great at the doctor today. She had a vision check today and got to say what shape the nurse was pointing to.
When the nurse told Megan to change into the gown for the doctor, Megan was quick to strip down but she refused to wear the gown and threw it on the floor.
Megan did really well until she got shots (or pokes as she called them). She was screaming and said they hurt too much to put her clothes back on. I had to hold her for awhile before we could finally dress enough to leave. Then I had to carry her to the waiting area and rest for a bit before she was ready to go to school. When we got there, she made me carry her to the front door. Once inside, Megan was proud to brag to everyone how brave she was getting shots.
Here are Megan's 4 year old stats:
Height: 3' 3.2 "
(38.29%)
Weight: 38 lbs, 6.4 oz (74.88%)

Proud Mom Moment
When we got home from school, it was finally warm enough to play outside for a bit. Megan went over to pull her bike out. She got really sad so I thought there was a bug or some dirt on it. When I asked what was wrong Megan told me she didn't see her bike helmet. She wanted to ride her bike and she knows it isn't safe to do without a helmet! I quickly found the helmet and Megan was happy again. It was a little tight so we will be replacing it soon, but I'm so happy Megan wanted to be safe.

I got the poncho
I bought a Sofia the first poncho for Megan but Caitlin loves it so I try to tell Megan it is for both of them.
Megan asked if she could wear the poncho. After I put it on I said, "You only wanted to wear it because Caitlin wants it, right?"
Megan said "Yup!"
Then she ran over to Caitlin and said "I got the poncho, I got the poncho".

High five!
Caitlin has been doing a great job giving me a high five when I ask her to. It is so adorable!
According to her teacher, she can also blow kisses. But Caitlin won't do that for me yet.

More teeth for Caitlin
I took Caitlin to the doctor this morning to see if her ear infection was gone. Great news, her ears were all better.
I told the Dr that Caitlin had been kind of sad lately but no fever, no cough, no sneezing. The doctor took a look and saw that Caitlin's two top molars had poked through. What a big girl with 9 teeth!
